Course Description:
This introductory course opens the world of cake decorating
to the individual and demystifies the secrets of the culinary industry.
It's a fun-filled class exploring the basic concepts behind decorating
the perfect cake. If you can bake a cake, you can attend!

(broken into 5, 3-hour sessions)

**Supplies are not included - the attendee will be
required to purchase and bring certain specified materials (a list is
distributed during the registration process) including all cake layers
and icings (recipes will be provided).
