How to Register:

There are three ways to register for the open enrollment classes offered by Cakes Unlimited, Inc.: fax, e-mail (or via our website www.cakesunlimited.com) and U.S. Mail.

After completing our PDF registration form, you may:

1)    e-mail the form as an attachment to registration@cakesunlimited.com.

2)    Print and fax the form to us at (908) 995-1525.

3)    Print and mail the form to:

For regular mail delivery, allow 1-2 weeks for your registration confirmation.

For e-mail and fax registrations, you will receive a confirmation letter/receipt along with a supply list required for the particular course upon receipt of the registration form. For mail-in forms, you will receive a confirmation letter/receipt but please allow extra time for mail processing. In addition, a representative from Cakes Unlimited Inc. will call to confirm and verify the registration data (once it has been received) and to answer any questions you may have concerning the course. Payment Options:

Full payment is expected at the time of the registration and prior to the start of the class. For credit card payments, please supply the required data on the registration form (if registering by fax or U.S. Mail) or call us with credit card information (if registering by e-mail). For payment by check (no cash), please make the check payable to Cakes Unlimited, Inc., and mail it to the corporate address shown above. Please allow an additional 5 days for the check to arrive and clear before the start date of the class to ensure a confirmed payment (note: there is a $25 fee for all returned checks).

Cancellation Policy:

Prior to two weeks of the start date of any class offering, a student may cancel a registration and receive a full refund or may choose to enroll in another, more convenient class offering. Within two weeks of the start date of any class offering, all tuition is non-refundable/non-changeable (as seats are limited). If there are special circumstances with any registration, please do not hesitate to contact us at (908) 995-4999 but we cannot guarantee that we can accommodate all requests or special situations.

Cakes Unlimited, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any particular class offering for any reason including low enrollment 3 business days prior to the start date of the class. All enrolled students will be given the option to move their registration to another class offering or to receive a full refund. Cakes Unlimited, Inc. is not responsible for any lost travel and living or supply expenses incurred by the student in preparation for attendance in any course offering.

Supplies:

Student supplies are not included in the cost of the course - the attendee will be required to purchase and bring certain specified materials (a list is distributed during the registration process) including all cake layers and icings (recipes will be provided). Student supplies can be purchased at the following retailers (note: this is not a comprehensive list of local suppliers):

"Supply Kits":

In order to help our students, Cakes Unlimited, Inc. is happy to announce the ability to purchase the class supply kits (i.e. required materials) through Cakes Unlimited, Inc. for those students who might not have the time to gather the materials. We have made arrangements with the before mentioned retailers to assemble and pick-up the necessary supplies prior to the start of the class for any student who is interested. Payment for the kit would be due the first night of the class and failure to pay for the kit will result in a lost registration and associated tuition in the class. If interested, please speak with a representative from Cakes Unlimited, Inc. after your registration for pricing and further details.

In addition, if a student cannot bring a cake, icing or other edible items to class (which might be required for the particular lesson), please contact the instructor or another representative from Cakes Unlimited, Inc. as again, we can provide these items for the students at additional cost.
